Northorpe Hall Child + Family Trust is entering a new chapter with the appointment of Chris Rowe as Chief Executive Officer, as the charity continues its work supporting children, young people and families across Kirklees and West Yorkshire.
Chris brings more than 20 years’ experience leading transformation programmes across public, private, and third-sector organisations. A CIMA-qualified accountant with a strong track record in operational delivery, he combines this expertise with his background as a qualified Psychotherapist specialising in addiction, ADHD, and anxiety.
He is passionate about making counselling accessible to those who need it most, especially communities who have historically faced barriers to culturally sensitive support.
Chris says: “Northorpe Hall has a long and proud history of supporting children, young people and families in the Kirklees area - the place I was born. Having the opportunity to positively impact the lives of people in that community feels incredibly meaningful.
"I’m looking forward to helping more people understand the work we do, securing support for the future, and building on the difference the charity has been making for more than 60 years.”
Northorpe Hall Child + Family Trust provides essential services for children, young people and families across Kirklees and West Yorkshire and remains committed to delivering accessible, high-quality support to the communities it serves.
