Aspiring writers in the North of England have a wealth of opportunities to look forward to this winter as New Writing North unveils its dynamic programme of events, workshops, and career-building initiatives designed to nurture creative talent and inspire new voices.
In celebration of their years of dedication to rowing and community, Lakeland Rowing Club awarded honorary life memberships to founders Ian Hill and John Knox, who launched the club in 2007 to share their passion for the sport across Cumbria’s lakes.
